  • Dispecink daily 9:00 management dashboard — SAP → Power Automate → SharePoint → Power BI, auto-refresh at 7:30 with Teams alerting.
  • 30+ cloud and 50+ desktop flows in production; 70+ tasks cleared across Production, Controlling, Quality, Purchasing and Logistics.
  • Custom MCP server for Claude Code + a PBIX DE→EN translation pipeline that patches file-level internals.
  • Migrated the whole automation portfolio from R/3 to S/4HANA — parallel versions during the cutover.

  • Built an 11,000-line spare-parts warehouse in SAP PM — from a 1,000-row Excel starting point.
  • Coordinated 12 SAP key users, ran Global Integration Testing, drove GRIPS and BEAT rollouts.
  • Delivered major cost savings in 2017 through supplier change and renegotiation.
