About me
Business Process Automation Specialist with 18 years across automotive manufacturing. Started as a SAP PM key user at BEHR Ostrava in 2008, ran a maintenance warehouse of 11,000 spare parts at MAHLE BEHR, drove SAP rollouts at CIE Plasty and at Groupe Charles André (using LSMW for the legacy migration), and joined Wanzl in 2024 as IT Administrator — practically running a one-person Business Process Automation team. I replace manual hand-offs with end-to-end pipelines: SAP → Power Automate → SharePoint → Power BI → published dashboards, with custom Python tooling and an MCP server for AI-assisted reporting where off-the-shelf doesn't cover the gap.

Author and maintain a production portfolio of 30+ Power Automate cloud flows and 50+ desktop flows that automate SAP-GUI exports (COOIS, MB51/MB52, KSB1, ME2L, VL06O, VA05, LT10, SQ01) into shared file shares for downstream Power BI reporting. Migrating the automation portfolio from SAP R/3 to S/4HANA. Built custom SAP queries with SQ01 / InfoSet to feed Power BI directly. SAP MM/PM Support

External contractor on the SAP R/3 rollout to the OMEGA subsidiary (KickOff September 2022). Master data migration of spare parts (SAP MM) from legacy Navision into SAP using LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench) for bulk imports. Created master data for maintenance planning; set up preventive maintenance plans (SAP PM). Built a NAV → SAP MB51 stock-movement reconciliation to validate the migration. Delivered user training in Czech — a complete deck set covering SAP PM presentation, purchasing, time confirmations, reports, preventive maintenance planning and execution, and MDM.

Support and administration of SAP PP, MM, WM, SD modules. Master data management — BOMs, routings, materials. Authored a structured SAP knowledge base on the shared drive (action plans, reporting, requests, inventory checks, users, documentation, EDI, training). Maintenance Warehouse Manager

Built an 11,000-line spare-parts warehouse in SAP PM from a starting point of ~1,000 lines in Excel — names, suppliers, MRP settings. BarTender label automation — auto-printed kardex labels integrated with the SAP/Excel material list so technicians could locate parts physically. Daily SAP → Excel extract for technicians (faster than navigating SAP GUI). Monthly maintenance-cost analysis in SAP BW + report of biggest machine breakdowns and their costs. Supplier selection through negotiations and tenders; built a strong network with spare-parts manufacturers and dealers. Spare-parts creation, MRP settings, ordering, purchasing; ongoing stock and movement control.

Administration and training of SAP BW users — owned the BW report library (DOH Report, Stock Trend, Material stock NO MOVERS, Demand smoothing, Safety Stock Report, Order release overview, Days on hand, Inventory controlling, Productivity). Coordinated a team of 12 SAP key users and their deputies across modules — communication, support, education. Onboarded new SAP users; authored and distributed SAP instruction manuals. Ran Global Integration Tests (GIT) at plant level (2008 and 2009 cycles). Drove the GRIPS rollout (Fit-with-GRIPS workshops, LKU Organization, onboarding training) and the BEAT rollout for MBCZ / MBOV (2014 rollout plan). Collected modification requests; proposed and tracked optimizations.
SAP PM Module Key User / Maintenance Systems Technician

SAP PM and MM module implementation for Total Productive Maintenance. Analyzed existing maintenance processes, identified bottlenecks, designed new SAP-based processes.
